Job summary

ATT SYSTEMS (S'PORE) PTE LTD seeks an Executive, Marketing & Business Development to drive market development, product positioning and commercial growth across Singapore and regional markets. You will support go-to-market strategies, product launches and ecosystem development to create new business opportunities and strengthen the company’s market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, marketing or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, business development or tech solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and results orientation.
• Solid commercial awareness, especially in B2B/tech markets.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and pipeline management.
• Experience using AI and digital tools for market research and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and markets.
• Build and grow an ecosystem of customers, partners and channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and regional growth areas.
• Drive product positioning, value propositions and marketing strategies.
• Lead digital marketing, campaigns and branding to raise visibility.
• Create strategic marketing content such as brochures and presentations.
• Analyze performance, pipeline trends and customer insights for decisions.
• Utilize CRM tools for pipeline visibility and engagement.
• Support key customer engagements and strategic accounts.
• Plan regional partnerships and collaborate with overseas offices on expansion.
