Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Sales & Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in managing regional or multinational accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional business development initiatives to achieve revenue and gross profit targets.
• Identify and develop new regional and multinational customers across key markets and industries.
• Develop and execute account strategies to grow business and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
• Lead regional RFQs, tenders, and cross-country sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with Country Heads, Territory Sales Managers, Pricing, Operations and Customer Service teams to support regional opportunities.
• Manage the regional sales pipeline, CRM updates, sales forecasts and performance tracking.
• Coordinate pricing, proposals, contracts, and service agreements across countries.
• Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with pricing, margin and credit policies.
• Support onboarding and service delivery for regional accounts across South Asia.
• Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
