Job summary

Randstad Singapore seeks an ambitious Evaluator / Fragrance Development Manager or Senior Fragrance Development Manager to join the regional Consumer Fragrances team in Singapore or Bangkok. You will bridge Perfumers, Marketing, and commercial teams to win briefs and expand market footprint in Personal Wash and Fabric Care.

The role involves leading fragrance evaluation, translating market insights into fragrance collections, and guiding creative workshops with clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related scientific field.
3–6 years of fragrance development/olfactive evaluation experience (FDM) or 6–10 years for Senior FDM.
Strong passion for fragrances with acute olfactory assessment and market awareness.
Excellent cross-functional communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Experience in Fabric Care bases/technologies or Personal Wash development is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead fragrance evaluation and brief management for key regional customer accounts.
Translate market insights and consumer preferences into winning fragrance collections.
Conduct olfactive evaluations with Perfumers to optimize fragrance performance across product bases.
Lead creative workshops, fragrance presentations, and technical discussions with clients.
For Senior levels: Drive category strategy, oversee technical delivery systems, and mentor juniors.
