Job summary

Kerry Consulting PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Insurance specialist to lead the Group Insurance function and shape the organisation's corporate insurance strategy across local and overseas operations.

Reporting to Finance, you will collaborate with Legal, Risk, Procurement, HR and regional business units to optimise coverage and minimise risk. You will oversee end-to-end insurance lifecycle, negotiate premiums, manage brokers and advise on indemnification and related contractual provisions

Qualifications

Degree holder with 10+ years of non-life commercial/corporate insurance experience.
Strong expertise in complex Property & Casualty and Financial Lines wordings.
Experience with an insurance broker or insurer and arranging overseas insurance programmes.

Responsibilities

Lead the Group Insurance function and oversee corporate insurance strategy across local and overseas operations.
Manage the end-to-end insurance lifecycle: policy administration, premiums, broker management and claims.
Provide specialist advice on insurance, indemnification and contractual provisions; assess implications for RFPs, M&A and financing.
Lead annual insurance budgeting and advise on emerging risks; collaborate across functions and geographies.
