Job summary

TRIDENT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced insurance leader to own the group's global insurance programme, including property, business interruption, cargo, liability and cyber for sites across multiple regions.

You will manage renewals, tenders, brokers and insurers, coordinate claims, align financing with asset deployment, and report to the Procurement Director in a hands-on, individual-contributor role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, Business or related field.
• ACII, CPCU or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• 5+ years in corporate insurance, either in-house or as broker.

Responsibilities

• Own placement, renewal and day-to-day management of the group's insurance programme.
• Run competitive tenders for insurance programmes and financing facilities.
• Manage broker, underwriter, bank and lessor relationships to secure cover and financing.
• Structure and execute hardware financing with banks and partners.
• Build procurement framework with policies and vendor controls.
• Coordinate claims with brokers and insurers when assets are affected.
• Track markets and identify opportunities to reduce cost or risk.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Risk and Operations to align cover with risk appetite.
• Report to management on cover, premium spend, financing, and savings.
• Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance across countries.
