Carrier, a global leader in climate solutions, is seeking a Director of FP&A for CSAME in Singapore. You will shape financial strategy, lead long-range planning, and drive performance across APAC, MENAT, and Africa, reporting to the VP of CSAME Finance.

You will oversee forecasting, annual plans, management reporting, and quarterly business reviews, partner with regional leaders, and drive FP&A transformation with automation and governance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A leadership in a large global company.
• Proven ability to lead long-range planning, forecasting, and executive reviews across multiple countries.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional FP&A agenda including long-range planning and annual operating plans.
• Own monthly and quarterly business review processes with risk/opportunity analysis.
• Partner with regional leaders to drive profitable growth, cash generation, and productivity.
• Transform FP&A processes, standardize governance, and drive automation.
