Carrier Singapore (Pte) Limited is seeking an FP&A Director to lead strategic financial planning for CSAME across Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. You will shape multi-country budgeting, long-range plans, forecasting, and performance reviews, partnering with regional leaders to drive profitable growth and cash generation.

You will strengthen FP&A capabilities, implement governance, and build a high-performing team, delivering insights and actions to executives across the region.

Qualifications

• Typically 12+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A leadership in a large global organization.
• Proven success leading long-range planning, annual operating plans, forecasting and executive reviews.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to link financial performance to business drivers.
• Experience operating across multiple countries in a matrixed organization and driving FP&A transformation.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional FP&A agenda including long-range planning, budgets, forecasts, scenario modeling and targets.
• Own monthly and quarterly business reviews with clear analysis of results, drivers, risks and actions.
• Partner with regional leaders to enable data-driven decisions that drive growth and productivity.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Spearhead governance, standardization, and automation of FP&A processes.
