Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting, financial reporting, or controllership across multi-entity or regional consolidations.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and experience with group consolidation.
• Demonstrated ability to strengthen internal controls and drive finance process improvements.
• Leadership of finance teams and experience with ERP implementations (NetSuite preferred).
• Professional qualifications (CPA/ACCA/CA) with strong English; Chinese proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, group consolidation, and statutory reporting across regional entities.
• Oversee technical accounting matters, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and governance.
• Strengthen internal controls and drive automation to improve reporting efficiency.
• Partner with Treasury, Tax, Legal and regional teams to support expansion and regulatory needs.
• Lead and develop the regional controllership team to enable growth and excellence.
