• Manage the audit process and annual statutory filings for the region.
• Liaise with external advisers for annual transfer pricing review.
• Manage banking relationships.
• Review cash forecast and collaborate with corporate to maximise cash utilization.

About the job Regional Financial Controller

Responsibilties:

• Oversee the monthly closing, ensuring financial statements are true and fair and in accordance with local IFRS and US GAAP
• Oversee financial analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Assist and advice management in strategic and financial decision making processes
• Provide financial modelling and business analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Manage the audit process, annual statutory filing process for the region
• Liaise with external advisors for preparation of annual transfer pricing review
• Manage Banking Relationships
• Review cash forecast and collaborate with corporate to maximize cash utilization

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, CPA/CA with minimum 5-8 years of experience within the commodity or trading industry
• Regional experience is a must
• Strong analytical skills to contribute and support strategic and forward thinking
• Experience effectively in managing a wide range of stakeholders and building relationships
• Sound written and oral communication skills, strong management and interpersonal skills
