Job summary

Hytech is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead financial reporting, controllership, and governance across its regional operations. The role combines financial reporting, technical accounting, and business partnering to strengthen internal controls and support growth across multiple jurisdictions.

You will drive the monthly and annual close, oversee group consolidation and IFRS compliance, and partner with treasury, tax, and legal teams to enable expansion and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
• CPA/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualification required.
• Strong English proficiency; Chinese language skills beneficial for regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and annual financial close across regional entities and oversee group consolidation.
• Manage technical accounting, accounting policies, intercompany accounting and financial governance.
• Strengthen internal controls, improve finance processes and drive automation and system improvements.
• Partner with Treasury, Tax, Legal and regional teams to support regulatory compliance and entity setup.
• Mentor and develop the regional controllership team and drive operational excellence.
