Job summary

Hytech, a leading management consulting firm, seeks a Financial Controller to oversee financial reporting, governance, and group consolidation across regional entities. You will ensure IFRS compliance and drive improvements in controls and processes.

You will partner with Treasury, Tax, Legal, and regional teams to support growth, new entity setups, and ERP-related finance transformations. Leadership of the regional controllership team is a key element of this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in accounting, financial reporting or controllership across multi-entity setups.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and experience with group consolidation and position papers.
• Proven experience in internal controls, process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Leadership experience in regional finance teams; ERP implementation or reporting automation is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; written and spoken Chinese required for regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and annual close across regional entities, oversee consolidation and statutory reporting.
• Manage technical accounting matters, accounting policies and intercompany reconciliations.
• Strengthen internal controls and governance through SOPs and process improvements.
• Partner with Treasury, Tax, Legal and regional teams to support expansion and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop the regional controllership team for growth and excellence.
