Job summary

Airbus Singapore Private Limited is seeking a professional to join our Finance team as a regional collaborator supporting the VP Finance APAC. You will help drive objectives, performance measurement, and governance across Asia Pacific, working with multiple functions and cultures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Understanding of finance operations.
• Experience in similar roles or in leadership supporting management.
• Strong business or finance acumen.
• Autonomous and able to balance multiple priorities.
• Effective team player with cross-cultural awareness of Asia.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn continuously.
• Good sense of business acumen and project management.
• Awareness of compliance risks and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Track Finance team objectives and performance to support VP Finance APAC.
• Support VP Finance APAC to track and manage team objectives.
• Build team spirit and culture.
• Prepare dossiers, scorecards, and presentations for management.
• Partner with stakeholders across functions and countries to deliver value-added service.
• Create a change and communication plan for multicultural contexts.
• Lead regional transversal projects and track milestones.
• Act as regional Finance focal point for global Finance projects.
• Identify improvement needs from Finance functions and countries.
• Drive performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.
