Job summary

The role involves working with cross-functional teams in Singapore and coordinating with the Jakarta offsite team to support growth and deliver robust financial support across regional operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Hands-on accounting experience across AR, AP, GL, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and compliance requirements.
• Ability to supervise regional teams and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalize monthly and annual financial statements.
• Manage end-to-end accounting cycle including AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliations.
• Supervise finance team in Indonesia and coordinate day-to-day activities.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory reports.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and internal controls.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Support client proposals, cost structures, and pricing analyses.
• Deliver client-facing financial reports and insights.
• Participate in client meetings on budgeting and performance updates.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and external stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Collaborate with Singapore and Jakarta teams for accurate reporting.
• Mentor junior finance staff and maintain high standards.
