Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd invites a seasoned Regional Senior Finance Manager to lead the full spectrum of finance activities across Asia. The role partners with regional leaders to deliver strategic financial guidance, drive governance, and steer performance management and transformation initiatives.

You will oversee taxation, treasury, and regulatory compliance while mentoring finance teams across subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; CA or CPA preferred.
• At least 15 years progressive experience in finance, accounting, taxation and strategic financial management.
• Minimum 5 years regional APAC experience in multinationals, preferably Japanese firms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee finance, accounting, taxation, planning, and performance management across the region.
• Partner with regional leaders and finance teams to provide strategic insights.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives and strengthen governance.
• Oversee audits, tax strategies, treasury, and regulatory compliance.
• Build capability and lead special regional projects.
