Job summary

Stryv, a fast-growing consumer brand in Southeast Asia, seeks a hands-on Finance Manager to strengthen the finance function across Singapore and regional operations. You will drive monthly closing, reporting, consolidation, audit readiness and robust controls, partnering with the CFO and Financial Controller.

You’ll own FP&A, manage cash flow, and guide budgeting/forecasting, while improving processes and leveraging NetSuite and other ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or related discipline; professional qualification preferred.
• 6–10 years of finance and accounting experience; audit background valued.
• Experience across SMEs and MNCs with strong controls and reporting.
• External audit exposure and consolidation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive timely monthly closing across the Group.
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure proper support.
• Investigate unusual movements and resolve issues before closing.
• Improve accuracy, quality and speed of monthly reporting.
• Support consolidation of the Group's entities across markets.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support annual audit.
• Prepare audit schedules and resolve queries promptly.
• Strengthen SOPs, approvals and internal controls.
• Provide management with variance analysis and insights.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting and market/product reporting.
• Develop scalable finance processes and Netsuite usage.
