Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a high-impact finance leader to take ownership of the regional finance function and shape commercial strategy. You will oversee monthly close, multi-entity ledgers, and consolidated reporting for regional leadership.

Lead complex reconciliations across currencies, ensure regulatory compliance, manage external audits and statutory deadlines, and mentor the finance team while implementing automated workflows to enable scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Accounting/finance qualification with CA/CPA/ACCA certification.
• Experience in full-spectrum financial accounting and multi-jurisdictional audits.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and merchant settlements.
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets and financial modeling tools.
• Collaborative leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end monthly financial closing for regional operations.
• Manage multi-entity ledgers and consolidated management reporting.
• Oversee multi-currency reconciliations and merchant settlements.
• Direct external audits, statutory filings, and corporate secretarial matters.
• Mentor finance team and implement automated workflows to enable scalable growth.
