Red Dot Payment Pte Ltd. invites a Senior Finance Manager/Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day regional finance operations in Singapore.

This hands-on leadership role manages the accounting team, multi-country operations, and ensures accurate reporting, reconciliations and merchant funding accounting with strong financial controls. The role covers close management, statutory compliance, and cross-border finance workflows, including collaboration with auditors and external accountants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA/CA/ACCA qualification is highly preferred.
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop regional accounting team.
• Oversee daily finance operations including billing, AP, and related activities.
• Own merchant & funding reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Lead monthly and annual financial close; ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
• Coordinate GST/VAT reporting and liaise with auditors and local accountants.
• Oversee regional entities' finance and tax compliance.
• Prepare management reporting, cost analyses and budgeting support.
• Drive process improvements in core accounting systems (Xero) and cross-border workflows.
