Randstad Singapore is partnering with a global client to recruit a senior finance leader who will drive regional financial strategy and orchestrate enterprise-wide transformation, elevating business performance. You will direct comprehensive group-wide consolidation and statutory reporting for 50+ entities while reinforcing governance and ERM across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

Degree in Accountancy or Finance with a professional accounting qualification.
Experience in group controllership within complex corporate environments.
Experience in a top-tier professional services firm with commercial leadership.
Hands-on with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and statutory audits.
Ability to engage with executive boards and drive transformation.

Responsibilities

Direct group-wide financial consolidation and statutory reporting under international standards for 50+ entities.
Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and enterprise risk management.
Lead digital finance transformation to improve data integrity and automation.
Develop and mentor a cross-border finance team.
