Job summary

GETINGE SOUTH EAST ASIA PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned service leader to develop and execute the regional service strategy across Singapore and Southeast Asia. You will lead, train, and schedule field service personnel to meet company standards while driving customer satisfaction and profitability.

You’ll build expert technicians for each product line, coordinate training, and manage service operations efficiency. Travel 20–30% regionally and internationally as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of technical service experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare technology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading or coordinating Field Service Engineers or technical teams.
• Hands-on experience in installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of technical equipment.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and schedule field service personnel to deliver service that meets company standards and customer expectations.
• Develop Technical Specialists for each product line to enhance team expertise.
• Plan and coordinate training sessions for new products with the Training Department.
• Manage and grow the Field Service team through targeted development initiatives.
• Coordinate Field Service Engineer schedules and order processing with Backoffice.
• Support Sales with tender preparation by providing technical and service insights.
• Prepare and update Singapore spare parts price list annually for SAP upload.
• Ensure timely return of factory-requested spare parts and follow up with credit notes.
• Train team on Oxando system and provide prompt technical support for issues.
• Maintain service parts and tools inventory at the Experience Center and ensure proper storage.
