Job summary

Integrity Partners Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Regional Technical Service Engineer to manage all servicing, customer service-related issues, and coordination with 3rd party vendors for its suite of medical device equipment across the APAC region.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year customer service experience in the medical device industry.
Technical troubleshooting experience in the medical device industry.
APAC regional support experience required.

Responsibilities

Attend to customer’s technical service issues via phone and on-site visits.
Report, manage and liaise all service matters to Helpdesk.
Follow up on all repair cases promptly.
Monitor loaner and demo equipment among customers.
Manage and execute service and troubleshooting SOPs.
Prepare service/meeting reports and action lists for reviews and audits.
Handle difficult customer situations during service repairs and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop new processes to improve service delivery.
Ensure incidents and requests follow agreed guidelines.
