Job summary

Getinge is seeking a Service Manager, IC & LS for SEA, based in Singapore. You will develop and execute the service strategy, lead field service teams, and ensure high customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and compliance across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

You will oversee service operations, training, tender support, and collaboration with back-office and contract teams, with 20–30% travel within the region and international travel if required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of technical service experience in medical devices or healthcare technology.
• Minimum 3 years of leading or coordinating Field Service Engineers or technical teams.
• Willing to travel 20-30% regionally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and schedule field service personnel to meet company standards.
• Ensure high engagement in the service department and develop product specialists.
• Manage Field Service team growth and coordinate trainings for new products.
• Organize weekly follow-up with Field Service Team and report progress to Head of Service.
• Ensure efficient service operations and calibration tool management.
• Coordinate with Backoffice and Service Contract Specialist on orders and pricing.
• Prepare spare parts price lists and ensure timely returns and credits.
• Provide technical support to distributors and ensure access to service systems.
