Job summary

SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver technical service and field support across Southeast Asia, ensuring customer satisfaction and equipment performance.

You will install, commission, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate and validate at customer sites, and support business expansion through technical consultation and training. The ideal candidate holds a degree in engineering, with at least 4 years in Field Service and

• Semiconductor/Electronics/Instruments or related industry experience

• Carry out equipment installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and validation activities at customer sites
• Support business expansion through technical consultation, new equipment deployment, application support, customer training, and execution of service agreements
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximise equipment uptime, reliability, and operational efficiency while minimising customer downtime
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, software, and process-related issues using established diagnostic methods and service tools
