Shopee in Singapore is seeking a dynamic leader for Team & Sales Performance Management and Event Preparation. The role focuses on guiding the field sales team to achieve KPIs and sales targets while supervising performance review meetings and training sessions.

You will coordinate site promotions, venue permissions, and on-site activations, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolution of issues. Frequent travel to regional sites and a 6-day work week are expected.

Formación

• Experience leading field sales teams and achieving KPIs.
• Proven ability to organize training and assessments.
• Strong reporting, analytics, and post-event reviews.
• Willingness to travel and work six days a week.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise the field sales team to meet KPI targets.
• Organize venue permits, pre-event promotions, and on-site activations.
• Prepare daily sales and operations reports; conduct post-event reviews.
