Job summary

DELIBOWL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee daily operations of multiple F&B outlets within a defined region.

You will drive food quality, service excellence, team performance, and profitability while ensuring brand standards across outlets. You will lead outlet managers, support new initiatives, menu rollouts, and area expansions, and you'll be accountable for area KPIs, budgeting, and labor cost management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in F&B with 3+ years in multi-outlet management.
• Experience leading 3+ outlets concurrently and achieving sales targets.
• Strong P&L budgeting and labour cost control skills.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets to ensure quality and brand standards.
• Drive performance, manage budgets, P&L, and labour costs.
• Lead outlet managers, provide coaching and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with central kitchen and suppliers; manage onboarding and rostering.
• Ensure compliance with SFA, NEA, safety, halal where applicable.
• Support new outlet openings and menu rollouts.
