FREQUENTIS Singapore Pte Ltd. is seeking an Executive Assistant for Marketing & Sales Coordination (Regional Asia) to support the Managing Director and coordinate cross-functional activities across Singapore and Asia.

The role includes handling reporting, communications, and event logistics while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the Singapore office. You will contribute to regional initiatives, manage CRM and reporting, and assist in lead generation and marketing campaigns, enabling

Qualifications

• Education at Diploma, Degree, or similar in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in executive support, sales coordination, marketing, communications, or similar role.
• Experience in international technology, engineering, telecom, or B2B environment.
• Experience supporting senior management in regional or multinational org.
• Experience organizing customer events, conferences, trade shows, and executives visits.
• Experience coordinating sales activities, CRM reporting, and marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing corporate social media and digital marketing tools.
• Experience using AI-powered productivity, content creation, research, reporting, and marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the Managing Director in operational and strategic activities.
• Coordinate meetings, management reviews, presentations, reports, and business communications.
• Support regional business initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Coordinate reporting and communication between regional stakeholders and headquarters.
• Support local and regional sales activities, opportunity tracking, and pipeline management.
• Maintain CRM and sales reporting information.
• Assist with lead generation and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities across Singapore and the Asia region.
• Support marketing campaigns and regional market visibility initiatives.
• Coordinate social media activities and local website content updates.
• Prepare customer communications, newsletters, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Organize customer events, exhibitions, conferences, executive visits, and trade shows in Singapore and across Asia.
• Monitor and report marketing, communications, and event activities.
