Job summary

Privilee is seeking a Regional Marketing + Communications Manager based in Singapore to lead marketing and communications across Asia, including Singapore, Hong Kong and Bangkok. Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in marketing, brand or communications in lifestyle/fitness/hospitality sectors.
• Experience in Singapore and Hong Kong markets with established local relationships.
• Integrated campaigns across digital, social, CRM and offline channels.
• Strong background in PR, media relations, events, and creator collaborations.
• Experience managing social media strategies and content development.
• Ability to manage multiple markets, projects and stakeholders independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional marketing and communications across Singapore and Hong Kong, delivering locally relevant activity.
• Own local brand and sales campaigns from planning through execution, coordinating channels and calendars.
• Shape creative direction with central designers and writers to ensure premium on-brand materials.
• Own local social media channels end-to-end, including content planning and community management.
• Lead PR, events and community activations with local media, creators and brands.
• Collaborate with CRM to localize communications and member journeys for better retention.
• Partner marketing with local partners to drive venue launches and collaborations.
• Work with Sales and Partnerships to support membership growth and wellness marketing.
