Panasonic Projector & Display Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Executive to support regional B2B campaigns across Asia Pacific.

You will create and coordinate content (website, social, EDMs, brochures) and help run events, product launches, and partner marketing activities. You will collaborate with country offices, distributors, agencies and internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, localise materials, manage collateral and monitor performance, with occasional travel

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, events, or related field.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willing to travel occasionally within Asia Pacific as required.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or digital marketing platforms is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Support planning and execution of regional B2B marketing campaigns across Asia Pacific.
• Create and coordinate marketing content (website updates, social media posts, EDMs, brochures, presentations, press releases).
• Coordinate regional events, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, product launches, roadshows, and partner activities.
• Collaborate with country offices, distributors, agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Localise regional/global marketing materials for Asia Pacific markets.
• Manage marketing collateral, digital assets, and shared resources.
• Handle marketing operations, vendor coordination, invoices, budget tracking, and regional payments via Singapore office.
• Monitor campaign and event performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
• Occasional travel within Asia Pacific to support activities.

Marketing Executive

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - Office Hours
Working Location: Bedok

Job Duties:

• Support the planning and execution of regional B2B marketing campaigns across Asia Pacific.
• Create and coordinate marketing content, including website updates, social media posts, EDMs, brochures, presentations, press releases, product materials, and customer success stories.
• Coordinate regional events, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, product launches, roadshows, and partner marketing activities.
• Work with country offices, distributors, agencies, vendors, and internal teams to deliver marketing initiatives while ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Adapt and localise regional or global marketing materials for Asia Pacific markets.
• Manage marketing collateral, digital assets, promotional materials, and shared marketing resources.
• Handle marketing operations and administration, including vendor coordination, purchase and payment requests, invoice processing, budget tracking, and supporting payments for regional offices through the Singapore office.
• Monitor campaign and event performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Travel occasionally within Asia Pacific to support regional marketing activities and events if required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, events, or a related field.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
• Willing to travel occasionally within Asia Pacific as required.
