Job summary

KOS International Talent Group seeks a senior energy storage solution architect to lead SEA market expansion, focusing on Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines. You will tailor compliant energy storage solutions for utility-scale, commercial/industrial and residential scenarios, coordinating cross-functional teams for pre-sales, bidding and project landing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of energy storage solution design experience.
• Experience in Southeast Asian markets (Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines) preferred.
• Proficient in English and Chinese; cross-language documentation.
• Willing to travel frequently in key SEA markets.”

Responsibilities

• Research SEA energy storage policies and market landscape.
• Design integrated energy storage solutions meeting local standards.
• Support pre-sales, bidding and negotiations with the SE Asia sales team.
• Coordinate with R&D, production, delivery, and legal for solution alignment.
• Assess feasibility and manage project risk.
• Promote industry events and brand in SEA markets.
