Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Energy Engineering.
• 5–8 years of renewables, power systems, energy storage, or EV charging experience.
• Strong technical understanding of solar PV design, BESS sizing, inverters and protection systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical solutioning for solar PV, BESS, EV charging, or hybrid energy systems.
• Develop system architectures, diagrams, and proposals aligned with client needs.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and energy yield analyses.
• Provide technical validation for costing, risk, and commercial proposals.
• Ensure compliance with grid codes, regulatory standards and safety requirements.
• Lead pre-sales activities, tenders, RFQs and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with customers, EPC partners and internal teams; mentor junior engineers.
