Job summary

Bridgestone Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a Regional Director of Talent Management & Organization Development to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of leadership, succession, culture, and capability-building strategies across the region.

You will partner with regional leaders, country HR teams, and Centers of Excellence to ensure a strong leadership pipeline and workforce readiness for sustainable growth and transformation.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive HR experience with significant expertise in Talent Management and Organization Development.
• Minimum 10 years leading regional or global talent and OD function.
• Proven experience working with executive leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional talent management strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Spearhead integrated talent management framework addressing leadership needs and challenges.
• Lead talent review and succession planning for leadership and key specialist roles.
• Establish robust talent identification frameworks for high-potential and high-performing employees.
• Monitor talent bench strength and succession readiness across major functions and markets.
• Drive differentiated talent development plans for critical talent segments.
• Lead leadership development frameworks and executive coaching programs.
• Partner with business leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness and organizational performance.
• Co-facilitate organizational transformation programs and drive continuous improvement of people processes.
