Job summary

Regional Talent Partnering with Suntory Asia is seeking a strategic leader to partner with Asia Regional Functions and P&C teams on talent priorities, capability, and succession. You will lead regional talent reviews, drive governance, and build leadership pipelines through data-driven insights, capability development, and cross-functional collaboration across Global, Regional, and BU teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Asia Regional Functions and P&C teams on talent priorities, workforce capability, and succession.
• Lead Talent Reviews, calibration, and succession discussions for regional populations.
• Provide insights and recommendations on talent risks, mobility, development, and leadership pipelines.
• Drive regional Talent Review and Succession Planning processes.
• Identify critical talent, succession gaps, and development priorities across BUs and Regional Functions.
• Leverage talent data and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
• Coordinate regional talent cycles, including Performance Management, Talent Review, IDP, and 360 Surveys.
• Ensure alignment with global frameworks, timelines, governance, and data standards.
• Simplify and improve talent processes through standardisation and automation.
• Lead regional talent projects across career development, leadership development, engagement, performance, and talent technology.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Provide talent consulting and subject-matter expertise to P&C and business leaders.
• Build talent management capability through workshops, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate across Global, Regional, and BU teams to embed consistent talent practices.
