Job summary

Kerry Consulting is seeking an experienced Regional Digital Strategy Office Lead based in Singapore. You will drive IT strategy, transformation programmes and enterprise AI adoption across APAC, reporting to the IT Director and collaborating with senior business and technology leaders.

In this role, you will lead regional IT transformation initiatives, define objectives and KPIs, and ensure governance across multiple countries while facilitating AI advisory activities and driving technology

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in IT strategy, transformation or programme management within a large multinational organisation or consulting environment.
Strong understanding of IT operations, service management and business process improvement.
Proven experience leading regional IT transformation and optimisation programmes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives.

Responsibilities

Lead regional IT strategy and transformation initiatives across APAC to improve operational efficiency and technology adoption.
Define programme objectives, establish KPIs, monitor progress and ensure governance across APAC businesses.
Facilitate the regional AI Advisory Board and drive enterprise AI adoption.
Align technology priorities with business needs and oversee execution of regional transformation programmes across multiple countries.
