Job summary

CIMB is looking for a candidate to support the Regional Head in developing the consumer digital strategy, aligning with country realities. This role requires a strong understanding of digital banking, market analysis, and the ability to structure strategic initiatives across diverse teams.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree, possess at least 5 years in a relevant digital role, and demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills. A background in project management or Agile methodologies is also advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant digital experience in banking.
• Programme/Project Management Certification or Agile Scrum certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital strategies in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Head in developing consumer digital strategy.
• Contribute to execution roadmaps across digital revenue and customer engagement.
• Conduct market scans to assess CIMB's digital position.
