Strategy Specialist

Our client is a leading digital financial services organisation that is redefining banking through technology, innovation and a customer-centric approach. As part of its continued growth, the organisation is seeking a Strategy Specialist to join its CEO Office in Singapore. Working closely with the Chief Strategy Officer, you will play a key role in shaping the organisation's strategic agenda and supporting senior leadership on high-impact initiatives.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will support the development of the organisation's long-term strategy, partnering closely with business leaders to drive strategic alignment across the bank. You will help shape and articulate the organisation's strategic narrative for internal and external stakeholders, preparing high-quality materials for Board meetings, regulators, investors and executive communications. In addition, you will lead or support a small number of high-impact strategic initiatives, conducting market and business analysis, evaluating new products and growth opportunities, and developing strategic recommendations to support key business decisions.

Qualifications

Degree qualified, you possess approximately five years of experience at a leading management consulting firm with a strong strategy Alternatively, you may come from an internal strategy team within a digital bank, retail bank, fintech or payments organisation. You bring a strong strategy toolkit, including structured problem solving, strategic analysis, financial modelling, scenario analysis and executive-level presentation development. Exposure to corporate strategy, market analysis, M&A, commercial due diligence or growth strategy would be advantageous. You possess excellent communication skills, executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
