Job summary

Apple is seeking a Senior DC Project Manager to lead end-to-end distribution centre implementations across APAC, spanning inbound receiving, outbound fulfillment, reverse logistics and service parts management. You will design schedules, manage priorities, and align with 3PL partners to deliver on time and on budget.

You’ll drive requirements, apply systems thinking, and champion UAT and change management to ensure go-live readiness while documenting lessons learned and maintaining risk controls

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis and project management experience.
• Experience with DC/warehousing operations and third-party logistics partners.
• Experience implementing IT systems in a DC context (SAP, WMS, EDI/API).
• Proven track record in managing scope, schedule, quality and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End DC implementation across APAC programs.
• Drive requirements gathering with DC operations teams and 3PL partners.
• Apply systems and process thinking to DC solutions.
• Champion UAT and change management for go-live readiness.
• Document process flows and lessons learned at project close.
• Identify and manage operational and systems risks throughout the project.
• Drive vendor performance and ensure delivery timelines.
• Communicate scope, timelines and risks across partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet DC requirements.
• Explore AI/ML and intelligent automation to improve workflows.
