Job summary

Apple in Singapore seeks a Regional DC Project Manager for a 12-month contract to lead end-to-end DC implementation across AppleCare and Finished Goods, coordinating with DC operations teams and 3PL partners to design, plan, and execute standardized distribution centre processes. Qualifications

5+ years of business analysis and project management experience.
3+ years managing 3PL or DC/warehousing operations.
Experience IT systems implementation in a DC context (SAP, WMS, EDI/API).
Proven track record in scope, time, quality and risk management.
Strong cross-functional influence and change management skills.
Interest in applying AI/ML and automation to DC workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead End-to-End DC Implementation across AppleCare and Finished Goods DC programs, developing schedules and priorities.
Drive requirements gathering with DC operations teams and 3PL partners for standardized designs.
Apply systems thinking to DC solutions across operations, systems and data flows.
Champion UAT and change management for go-live readiness.
Ensure knowledge management through process maps and configurations at project close.
Identify and manage operational and systems risks throughout the lifecycle.
Drive vendor performance and ensure timely delivery and standardization.
Manage stakeholder expectations across internal and external partners.
Collaborate across cross-functional teams to meet DC requirements and org objectives.
Explore AI/ML, intelligent automation, and generative AI to improve workflows.
