Job summary

Apple Inc. Singapore is seeking a results-driven RFO Program Manager to lead cross-functional fulfilment initiatives for online and store channels. You will shape the roadmap, partner with Ops, Online and Stores, and drive end-to-end process improvements from concept through go-live.

The role demands strong analytics, stakeholder management and clear communication with senior leadership to balance cost and service levels.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or Finance; Master preferred.
• 6–9 years in program, project management or business analytics with successful large-scale delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead fulfilment strategy and programs from concept to go-live; align with senior management.
• Lead market research and build business cases with Operations, Online and Store teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine requirements and dependencies.
• Represent business in design reviews and sign-off with BPR & IS&T.
• Drive reviews to improve online/store fulfilment and balance costs.
• Manage senior-level communications while handling detailed program aspects.
• Design reporting improvements aligned to program needs.
• Plan and support UAT and cutover with input from IS&T.
