Job summary

Iprospect in Singapore seeks an Associate Director to lead hands-on analytics initiatives that drive data‑driven decisions for clients and internal teams. You will design scalable analytics, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions while mentoring a small team of analysts.

As an individual contributor, you will advance marketing measurement, MMM and attribution, and build reusable frameworks. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve data pipelines and reporting infrastructure.

Qualifications

• SQL and cloud data warehouses (GCP, BigQuery, GCS) are required.
• Data Visualization & BI Tools such as Power BI and Google Data Studio are essential.
• Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, pyspark, keras, numpy) experience is required.
• Hands-on experience in predictive modelling, marketing analytics, and media measurement.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable dashboards, reporting solutions, and self-service analytics products.
• Build automated analytics workflows using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms.
• Develop reusable analytics frameworks and accelerators to improve efficiency across projects.
• Apply generative AI to automate reporting and accelerate insight generation.
• Translate outputs into practical recommendations that improve marketing outcomes.
