Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 to 12 years’ experience across data, AI, and analytics, including several years in consulting or a comparable internal transformation role leading initiatives from strategy through delivery.
• Proven leadership with a track record of managing teams and delivering complex, enterprise‑level projects.
• AI/ML: solid grounding in machine learning fundamentals and hands‑on experience delivering AI/ML solutions.
• Cloud platforms: experience with at least one leading clouds, e.g., AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Programming: Proficiency in at least one back‑end language (e.g., Python) and familiar with at least one front‑end language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of AI systems that transform raw data into actionable insights
• Oversee scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions using advanced technologies
• Co-lead the AI Hub technical team, supporting technical direction, collaboration, and delivery
• Drive business growth by identifying market needs and converting opportunities into results
• Mentor and guide AI engineering teams to encourage innovation and creativity
• Collaborate with clients to shape AI-driven engagements and solutions
• Promote technology advances that help people and technology thrive together
• Manage complex data analysis and integration to support AI model implementation
• Use programming languages such as Python and Java to enhance AI system capabilities
• Implement data infrastructure and quality measures to support reliable AI solutions
• Encourage systems thinking and rapid experimentation to solve complex problems creatively
