Job summary

Thales DIS is seeking a Cybersecurity Sales Manager in Singapore to drive business development across IT and OT cybersecurity offerings. You will engage with senior stakeholders, shape end-to-end security solutions, and collaborate with engineering, delivery, and partner teams to deliver high-assurance cybersecurity outcomes.

Qualifications

• Cybersecurity sales experience or strong understanding of cybersecurity offerings is preferred.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate technical capabilities into business value.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, delivery, and partner teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional business development activities for cybersecurity services across IT and OT environments.
• Support the full sales lifecycle including pipeline development and contract closure.
• Manage technology partner relationships and ensure alignment of solutions with customer needs.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with at least 3x coverage of quarterly targets.
• Engage senior customer stakeholders to understand business drivers and regulatory obligations.
• Translate complex cybersecurity architectures into clear, value-driven propositions.
• Coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders with high-quality inputs.
• Contribute to regional growth strategy, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
