in Singapore seeks a creative leader who can translate our brand into compelling visual experiences across projects, campaigns, social media, digital content, and beyond. You will lead ideation, design, and production of assets, oversee regional markets (Singapore, Taiwan, Japan), mentor a small team, and collaborate across marketing, retail, and operations to ensure consistent, on-brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a creative, brand, or design role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Ability to lead creative projects independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience directing or coordinating photoshoots and video productions.
• Excellent eye for detail and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite at minimum.

Responsabilités

• Lead ideation, development, and execution of creative concepts for projects, campaigns, social media, digital content, and offline activations.
• Handle ideation, design, and production of assets and collateral, ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
• Coordinate photoshoots and manage visual direction for products and campaigns.
• Lead in-store visual merchandising efforts.
• Serve as regional creative liaison for overseas markets (Japan and Taiwan).
• Mentor the creative team and collaborate with marketing, operations, and retail.
• Manage daily administrative duties to facilitate marketing processes.
