Job summary

TMRW PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Art Director for a full-time, on-site role in Singapore. You will generate concepts, translate marketing strategy into visuals, and guide campaigns from concept through final design while upholding brand identity and tone.

You will art direct shoots, design campaign and social assets, oversee artwork, and maintain high craft standards across all outputs. Collaboration across teams and presenting ideas to clients are key components of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ full-time art direction or design experience in an agency environment.
• A portfolio you’re genuinely proud to share.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and AI platforms.
• A strong eye for typography, layout, colour, and overall design craft.
• Comfortable discussing, debating, and presenting ideas.
• Experience designing across a range of consumer touch points and channels.
• A conceptual thinker with a point of view on the work and the ambition to create award-worthy campaigns.
• Proven ability to collaborate with writers, account, and production teams.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines without dropping the standard.
• Open to constructive feedback, whether internal or from clients.
• Experience directing photography, illustration, motion, or production partners is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with copywriters and fellow creatives to develop concepts that meet and exceed the brief. Partner across disciplines with account and production teams.
• Design and art direct engaging campaign and social media assets with brand-level awareness, informed by the wider campaign strategy. Develop the visual tone and feel of the work in line with the brand identity. Bring strategic, innovative thinking to client meetings and present creative work with confidence.
• Oversee the craft and production of artwork, including photography, illustration, retouching, and finished art, ensuring quality and consistency across every execution.
• Present and discuss work with project teams, senior creatives, and clients. Take part in campaign work as needed, from first concept to final execution.
