Job summary

AbbVie, a global biopharmaceutical company, seeks a Compliance Program professional in Singapore to support Asia Pacific operations on administration, policies, and training.

You will assist the Ethics & Compliance Director, deploy and maintain local/global policies, prepare training materials, conduct sessions, and manage compliance inquiries. You will collaborate across markets, perform data analysis, audits, and support events, fostering a culture of integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in administrative, compliance, finance, marketing or similar functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing personality with ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify issues in different scenarios.
• Ability to prioritize and structure workload and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Directly report to the Ethics & Compliance Director, Asia Pacific Region.
• Assist the Director and other country Ethics & Compliance Leads within Asia Pacific Region in deploying, maintaining and enhancing a best-in-class compliance program to support AbbVie's business, including.
• Support the implementation, update and communication of local and global policies, procedures, and guidance documents
• Prepare training materials, conduct training sessions and deploy communication initiatives to employees
• Address compliance inquiries from employees
• Research, collect and analyze relevant company and industry data. Prepare reports and present to the Director and other stakeholders
• Manage, update and utilize various compliance databases
• Conduct business visits to markets and company events to identify opportunities for improvement
• Review relevant company records to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Support the Director by coordinating department events, initiatives, meetings and various campaigns
• Assist the Director during internal and external audits or investigations
• Foster a compliance culture across entire organization by role modelling compliant behavior
• Support the Director in day-to-day operations, including data analysis and administrative tasks
• Work on additional goals or assignments as determined by management
