Job summary

Orion Group Life Sciences is seeking a Compliance Analyst III for a multinational biopharmaceutical client based in Buona Vista on a 14 month contract. The role supports the Ethics & Compliance Director and APAC leaders to implement policy, train staff and manage inquiries.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in administrative/compliance, with strong English communications and stakeholder relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience within administrative, compliance, finance, marketing or a similar function.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and another Asian language.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify issues across different scenarios.
• Ability to prioritise and structure workload and manage multiple tasks.
• Creative and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Ethics & Compliance Director, Asia Pacific Region.
• Support the Ethics & Compliance Director and country leads across APAC in delivering and maintaining the compliance programme, including policy implementation, employee training and communications, compliance enquiries, data analysis and reporting, database management, market visits and compliance reviews.
• Support the Director by coordinating department events, initiatives, meetings and campaigns.
• Assist the Director during internal and external audits or investigations.
• Foster a compliance culture across the organisation by role modelling compliant behaviour.
• Support day-to-day operations, including data analysis and administrative tasks.
• Work on additional goals or assignments as determined by management.

Primary Function

Compliance is a business partner integral to creative problem solving, identification of solutions, and fostering a culture of the highest level of integrity. This role requires working cross-functionally to assist the business to achieve goals in support of patient needs whilst maintaining the highest ethical standards.
