Job summary

ALLEGIS GROUP SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Compliance Analyst - Pharmaceutical to partner with the Ethics & Compliance Director in the Asia Pacific region. The role focuses on deploying and maintaining a strong compliance program to support client needs while upholding the highest ethical standards.

You will develop training materials, conduct sessions, handle compliance inquiries, analyze data, manage databases, and assist audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications.
• 2+ years experience in administrative, compliance, finance, marketing or similar functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; another Asian language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly report to the Ethics & Compliance Director, Asia Pacific Region.
• Assist the Director and other country Ethics & Compliance Leads in deploying and enhancing a best-in-class compliance program.
• Prepare training materials, conduct training sessions and deploy communication initiatives to employees.
• Address compliance inquiries from employees.
• Research, collect and analyze relevant company and industry data; prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Manage, update and utilize various compliance databases.
• Conduct business visits to markets and company events to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Review relevant company records to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support the Director by coordinating department events, initiatives, meetings and campaigns.
• Assist during internal and external audits or investigations.
• Foster a compliance culture across the organization by role modelling compliant behavior.

Compliance Analyst - Pharmaceutical

Compliance is a business partner integral to creative problem solving, identification of solutions, and fostering a culture of the highest level of integrity. This role requires working cross-functionally to assist the business to achieve goals in support of patient needs whilst maintaining the highest ethical standards.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Directly report to the Ethics & Compliance Director, Asia Pacific Region


• Assist the Director and other country Ethics & Compliance Leads within Asia Pacific Region in deploying, maintaining and enhancing a best-in-class compliance program to support clients business, including:

• 1. Support the implementation, update and communication of local and global policies, procedures, and guidance documents


• 2.Prepare training materials, conduct training sessions and deploy communication initiatives to employees


• 3. Address compliance inquiries from employees


• 4. Research, collect and analyze relevant company and industry data. Prepare reports and present to the Director and other stakeholders


• 5. Manage, update and utilize various compliance databases


• 6. Conduct business visits to markets and company events to identify opportunities for improvement


• 7. Review relevant company records to ensure compliance with policies and procedures

• Support the Director by coordinating department events, initiatives, meetings and various campaigns


• Assist the Director during internal and external audits or investigations


• Foster a compliance culture across entire organization by role modelling compliant behavior


• Support the Director in day-to-day operations, including data analysis and administrative tasks


• Work on additional goals or assignments as determined by management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications


• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in administrative, compliance, finance, marketing or similar functions


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Proficiency in English, Plus in another Asian language


• Out-going personality with ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders


• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify issues in different scenarios


• Ability to prioritize and structure workload and manage multiple tasks
