Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a Regional Cash Service Manager in Singapore to own the service delivery relationship for multi-market corporate clients. You will act as an advocate for the client portfolio, understanding client needs, and driving growth by leveraging SC capabilities across the region.

The role requires extensive experience in financial services, strong stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of cash management products.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services with regional exposure.
• Finance degree; Masters preferred.
• Excellent communication to manage discussions at all levels.
• Strong understanding of cash management products and client needs.
• Problem-solver with attention to detail.
• Experience in leading transactional support and escalation management.
• Ability to collaborate with regional/global stakeholders.
• Experience in global stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and advisory for multi-market corporate clients.
• Track service performance and drive continuous improvement with insights.
• Coordinate with technology teams to resolve incidents and service issues.
• Lead change and incident management for client services.
• Support RFPs, service reviews, and client learning initiatives.
