Job summary

Our client, a leading fiduciary services firm in Singapore, seeks a Cash Management and Client Services Manager to deliver superior cash management and client service for assigned clients and funds, ensuring AML/KYC compliance and timely operations.

Reporting to the SVP of Finance and Client Service, you will manage payments, bank relationships, SLA adherence, onboarding of new clients, and AR/invoicing, while coordinating with Compliance and supporting audits and capital calls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ Financial Services or related experience.
• Experience in establishment, maintenance, and administration of client bank accounts.
• Strong communication with senior management, regulators, and intermediaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash management operations and AML/KYC compliant processes.
• Oversee payments processing and ensure SLA adherence.
• Maintain client bank accounts and signatories records.
• Coordinate with Compliance on AML/KYC checks for new and existing clients.
• Support onboarding of new clients and funds.
• Prepare reports and coordinate audits for clients.
• Invoicing and AR aging for client portfolio.
