Job summary

Opus Media SG is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to grow the client portfolio in Singapore and the region. You will own the sales process from prospecting to closing, then work with our account servicing team on a structured handover to ensure seamless client onboarding.

You will build relationships with brand leaders and marketing teams, identify decision-makers, and drive revenue targets while protecting agency profitability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales or client acquisition in media/advertising/digital marketing.
• Proven success in generating leads, building client relationships and closing deals.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising, social media, media planning and integrated marketing services.
• Excellent prospecting, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands and marketing teams in Singapore and the region.
• Research prospective accounts, identify decision-makers and generate qualified leads through outreach, networking, referrals, LinkedIn and relationships.
• Own the full new-business sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, brief development, proposal coordination, pitching, negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative and media colleagues to develop commercially sound, tailored marketing solutions.
• Prepare and present credentials, proposals, pitch decks, quotations and commercial recommendations.
