Job summary

CanWorkOne.SG Employment Pte Ltd is seeking a driven Business Development Executive / Media Sales Executive to expand our client base and grow revenue in a fast-paced media environment. You will identify opportunities, build relationships, and tailor media packages to meet client needs.

The role involves local and international outreach, presentations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree required or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in media sales, advertising sales, or business development preferred.
Strong customer service mindset with ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

Acquire new clients through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and business development activities.
Identify and develop business opportunities locally and internationally.
Develop strategic sales plans by industry and key accounts.
Conduct sales presentations and meetings both onsite and offsite.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
Collaborate with partners to tailor media products and packages to meet customer needs.
Plan and execute advertising and promotional strategies to support sales growth.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on business performance.
