Job summary

ROAS Media Pte. invites a talented Business Development Executive to join the CEO in a fast-growing start-up environment in Singapore.

You will hunt for opportunities, cold email/calling, and drive sales while growing awareness of ROAS Media. You will develop strategic plans to hit targets, build lasting client relationships, and lead a global BD team, presenting compelling value propositions and closing new deals.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years sales and BD experience with proven results
• Desire to learn about the ecommerce industry
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hunter mentality

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our client base
• Create and communicate sales goals and ensure stakeholders are informed on the progress of those goals
• Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs
• Understand industry-specific trends
• Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
• Research and source new leads and opportunities
• Identify and close new leads
• Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets
• Build, manage and train a global Business Development Team
